  • What is Message Credit?
    In a standard MIAY setup, one message credit corresponds to one message sent by the chatbot to the user. For example, if a user sends 2 messages to the chatbot and the chatbot responds with 2 messages, a total of 2 message credits are used. When using the latest OpenAI models: • GPT-4o (Omni): Each message costs 5 credits. • GPT-4 Turbo: Each message costs 10 credits. • GPT-4: Each message costs 20 credits. Alternatively, you can use Google Gemini models: • Gemini 1.5 Pro: 10 credits per message. • Gemini 1.5 Flash: 1 credit per message. When the chatbot calls a function during a conversation (e.g., checking order status or searching for a product), it consumes 1 message credit. For custom API function calls, each request costs 2 message credits. In live chat, where both sides are humans, each message — whether sent by the user or the operator — costs 1 message credit.
  • So how many users of my website can chat with the chatbot?
    There is no fixed limit on the number of users who can interact with your chatbot. The only restriction is based on the number of message credits included in your subscription and how many messages each user exchanges with the chatbot. On average, we recommend planning for 10-15 messages per conversation, though this can vary depending on your specific use case. For example, if your subscription includes 500 message credits, you could facilitate 50 conversations with 10 messages each, or 25 conversations with 20 messages each.
  • What is an Administrator User?
    The Chatbot Owner is the user who created the chatbot and holds full rights to manage it, including adjusting its settings. The Chatbot Owner is also considered one of the Administrator Users. A Chatbot Administrator User is someone who can perform basic chatbot management tasks, such as reviewing chat logs, monitoring leads, training the chatbot, and making corrections. What does it mean to have 25 Administrator Users in my subscription? It means you can create a chatbot and grant access to 24 additional users, allowing them to manage the chatbot as described. These users might be part of your customer service team or other operators within your organization.
  • How can I determine the character count in my document?
    MIAY automatically calculates and displays the total character count of your document(s) as soon as you upload them. This count includes all characters across all the documents you attach.
  • What does it mean to have multiple chatbots?
    Each chatbot is distinguished by its appearance, icon, name, and knowledge base. You can create multiple chatbots and deploy them across different websites as needed.
  • When does my messaging quota reset?
    Your messaging quota resets at the start of each calendar month, regardless of your subscription start date. For example, if your subscription starts on October 20th, your quota will reset on November 1st.
  • What happens if I exceed my message credits?
    If you exceed your message credits limit, the chatbot will stop functioning. To continue using the chatbot, you can choose to: • Upgrade to a paid plan or move to a higher-tier plan. • Purchase additional message credits to extend usage.
  • How secure are MIAY chatbots in handling personal data?
    MIAY prioritize security by encrypting data and following privacy laws. MIAY ensures that personal information is protected during interactions.
  • Can AI chatbots learn and improve over time?
    Yes, AI chatbots like MIAY learn from each conversation. They get better at understanding and responding accurately the more they interact with users. What's more, MIAY receives frequent updates to insure that she remains ahead of the curve.
  • How much does it cost to develop and implement an AI chatbot?
    The cost varies based on features and complexity. While some basic chatbots are low-cost, advanced ones like MIAY offer more capabilities and may require a higher investment. As of 2024, MIAY was developed with a team of 9 developers (many of whom have done their thesis on AI), working full time. We estimate the initial cost of development of MIAY tin the millions of USD.   • How do AI chatbots handle complex or unusual queries?

  • What is Natural Language Processing (NLP) in the context of chatbots?

  • How do AI chatbots handle errors or misunderstandings during conversations?

  • What are the limitations of current AI chatbot technology?
    While AI chatbots are powerful, they may not fully grasp very complex or nuanced questions. They might need human support for unusual queries. Basic Bot services are often "hackable", meaning visitors can use well crafted prompt to force the chatbot to talk about things it isnt supposed to. For example you could ask a chatbot about sport to teach you how to sing a funny song if you told it that it would make you a faster runner. Also some chatbot may talk about other products if they are based only on generative AI such as ChatGPT, this can lead to unwanted conversations between your visitors and your chatbot. Thankfully, MIAY is not "hackable", and will fulfill its role to talk only about the content she was trained on.
  • How does MIAY react if someone asks a question it doesn’t know?
    If MIAY doesn’t know the answer, she will politely let the user know and can collect the question for you to address later. This helps improve her responses over time.
  • Does your solution respect the confidentiality of my clients’ information?
